Information we collect
We collect information you submit when registering, entering a child, voting, or contacting support. This may include your name, email address, mobile number, competition entry details, voting records and PayFast payment references. We do NOT store card numbers - all card processing is by PayFast.
How we use it
Information is used to operate the competition, verify entries and votes, communicate with participants, process payments through PayFast, prevent fraud/abuse, and administer prizes. We comply with POPIA (South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act).

We use cookies to keep you logged in and to analyse traffic. You can disable cookies in your browser.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share only with service providers necessary to run the competition: PayFast for payments, hosting provider HostAfrica. Photos you submit may be displayed publicly on babycrownsa.co.za for voting.
Security
Passwords are hashed and database queries use prepared statements. Payment card details are handled only by PayFast.
Your Rights (POPIA)
You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal information. To do so email support@babycrownsa.co.za. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator in South Africa.
